Main categories to get 5 stars were met (food quality and service). Then comes the perfect location, views if the town of Séte, Mont Saint Clair, and the oyster fields … it’s like a fairy tale for foodies…

The absolut best Restaurant I ever was. Really! The view is incredible! The service is perfect. The menus are absolutely fair in price and quality. The food was so fresh, delicious and the spices was unbelievable. We will come back.

Our first visit since under new management and it did not disappoint. Visited with our son, daughter in law and 3 grandchildren. The choice is the usual coquillage or Tapas on the board. We chose 6 different dishes to share between 7 of us and the flavours were delicious. We will definitely be coming back as we did not over eat and what we had was delicious. Portions are generous. We did have 3 plates of moules gratinee and 12 oysters which my husband said were the best he has ever tasted and we have been coming down to this area for over 20 years. The Rose was delicious too. Just to sit by the Basin de Thau and have that wonderful view helps too. Thank you for a memorable Sunday lunch.

A sublime setting! This is the fourth time I've come. I was there when the ownership changed and the menu was already good. The idea of the new menu is very good for summer with good products and always well received, even with children! The perfect mix to spend a great time with family, couples or friends. A detour not to be missed!!! See you soon !

Excellent ! What cuisine! Quality products enhanced by refined cuisine and original flavors. We tasted the oyster tartares, a madness, the sea bream carpaccio, the tuna tataki which was unanimously appreciated, the cod fritters... and the desserts were just as good, special mention for the chocolate fondant , extra melting! The setting is magnificent, the service pleasant, the dishes delicious. We just want to come back :)

You have to dare to go beyond the filthy sculpture at the entrance to enjoy the superb view from the terrace, with its slightly kitsch decor. Large restaurant, we lose the charming atmosphere of the small producer terraces of the pond. Efficient service, which pushes consumption a little too much. Generous portions. Simple preparations. Uninteresting white wine by the glass.
